Cancellation policy, substitute delegate rules, and general event guidelines.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
All cancellations and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the conference management team via email.
Registration fees are non-refundable due to prior contractual commitments for venue hosting, catering, and conference materials.
Substitute Delegates: Registered participants unable to attend may nominate a colleague to present or attend in their place at no extra fee.
Sponsorship and exhibition fees are non-refundable after 60 days of transaction. A 60% refund is available up to 120 days prior to event commencement.
In the event of postponement or date adjustments, all registered delegates will be notified directly and registrations automatically transferred.
