Speaker Guidelines

Responsibilities and slide formatting guidelines for oral session presenters.

Abstract Submission & Speaker Profile

Authors are requested to submit their abstract (250–300 words), short biography (80–100 words), and a clear headshot photograph (250x250 pixels).

Presentation Length & Time Allocation

Oral presenters are allocated 20 minutes for presentation slides followed by 5 minutes of Q&A with session moderators and attendees. Up to 20 slides is optimal (~1 minute per slide).

Slide Format & AV Equipment

Use Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format in 16:9 widescreen layout.
First slide must prominently state the abstract title, presenter name, affiliation, and conference logo.
Send final presentation slides to the conference manager at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Personal laptops are not permitted on the presentation podium to prevent technical delays.
