How do I submit an abstract for the Data Science Conference?

Abstracts are submitted online via our Abstract Submission Page once submission is opened.

How can I get technical help with the abstract submission site?

For technical assistance with abstract submission, email machinelearning@averconferences.com.

Will I receive a confirmation email notifying me that my abstract submission was completed?

Yes. The sender for conference emails is machinelearning@averconferences.com. Please add this address to your safe sender list.

When and how will I be notified that my abstract has been accepted or declined?

Notification of abstract dispositions will be emailed to the presenting author and coauthors for whom accurate email addresses have been submitted.

May I submit more than 1 abstract?

Yes, you may submit multiple unique abstracts, but please do not submit duplicate abstracts describing identical data.

Why was my abstract declined?

Common reasons for declining an abstract include:

• Subject matter is not appropriate for the conference theme
• Information is not sufficiently novel
• Format does not follow submission guidelines
• Methodology or statistical evaluation is inadequate

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers full access to scientific sessions, morning/evening coffee breaks, buffet lunches, electronic/printed abstract book, certificate of presentation/attendance, and conference badge/kit.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment by Credit / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or PayPal via our secure encrypted gateway is preferred. Wire transfer options are also available upon request.

Are speakers or authors required to register?

Yes. All accepted presenters, co-authors, and delegates are required to complete registration to attend and present at the summit.
