Poster Graphic Presentation

A poster session is a visual display of an author's research findings using graphs, diagrams, figures, and concise text blocks mounted on poster display boards.

Dimensions

Posters should measure approximately 1m x 1m (approx 3.3 ft x 3.3 ft). Posters must be printed and brought to the venue by the presenting author.

Visibility & Font

Use text fonts of at least 21pt so attendees can comfortably read figures and conclusions from a distance of 4 to 5 feet.

Layout Recommendations

Prominently display the abstract title, author/co-author names, and institutional affiliation at the top.
Arrange content logically: Problem Statement & Objectives -> Methodology & Controls -> Key Results (Graphs/Charts) -> Conclusions & Future Scope.
Place research objective / core finding in the upper-left area where viewers' eyes land first.
Posters must be mounted during designated setup hours prior to the poster session opening.
